Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
